Directive 2014/67/EU on the enforcement of Directive 96/71/EC and Directive (EU) 2018/957 amending Directive 96/71/EC oblige EU Member States to publish on a single website the rules on remuneration (and other mandatory terms of employment) for workers posted to that country. Member States have only partially fulfilled this obligation, publishing on their single websites selective, unstructured and primarily only indicative information in English. Most of the information was placed in the official language of the given country.
